typographic novel
The design of The Book of Portraiture gave visual form to the five separate but linked chapters, creating a specific viewer experience. Appropriate representation through the use of typography and imagery supported and extended the vision of the author. This project allowed for creative exploration in a developing area of visual communication, the "typographic novel."
